Spicy, zesty chilli con carne is a mix of beef, mexican spices. Slowly simmered with beans, chipotle, tomatoes our Beef Chilli Con Carne is perfect in burritoes, with rice, or a meal on its own.
Saucepan: Place the chilli in a saucepan and set to a medium heat. Keep an eye on the chili as it warms up, stirring every few minutes. Cook until its simmers with mild bubbling.
Microwave: Place in microwaveable dish, cover with a microwaveable lid or cling film, leaving a small area open to allow steam to escape. Cook on full power for five minutes. Allow to stand for a minute before removing from microwave oven.
1. Serve steaming hot in a bowl with a dollop of plain yoghurt.
